Previously named the Stanhope, 995 Fifth suffered from lack of interest.  Seventh Art created a "turn-around" strategy and in doing so, renamed and repositioned the project, designed and rebuilt a Sales Office that was representative of these beautifully crafted residences, developed all the creative and launched an advertising campaign that compelled those buyers who were looking for a private, high-end, Upper East Side, park located residential experience.
