About Seven years ago, Founding Principals Michel Mein and David Williams, both trained Architects from MIT and Columbia University respectively, seek to continuously challenge and rethink conventional approaches to Branding in “Luxury “ as well as devising strategic marketing approaches to sales in Real estate and Hospitality. Beyond Branding, the Seventh Art -composed of seasoned professional in an array of fields- is a content provider producing photography, film, 3d, CGI delivering Ad campaigns, print collateral and web interactive. Furthermore, the Studio is using social media for their preliminary analysis of the market and use it to create viral campaigns.



Michel Mein
PARTNER-IN-CHARGE & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Trained as an architect and Urban Designer at M.I.T, Michel spent ten years at Columbia University teaching Urban Design and Development. He was the recipient of the ILAUD scholarship in Siena and was the recipient of the Artist Graduate Fellowship at Parsons School of Design. The extensive amount of work produced for brands such as St. Regis Residences, Setai, Trump and very large scale developments gave Michel the opportunity for an unparalleled experience with real estate branding and marketing worldwide, bringing them from concept to reality.
David Williams
PARTNER-IN-CHARGE & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR David studied at Columbia University where he honed his talents in Architecture and Film. David has worked on prestigious accounts such as the Plaza, 165 Charles, the Charles as well as Time Warner Center Residences. David has extensive international knowledge of the Market and has brought several partnerships to the developers therefore systematically improving the projects' appeal to buyers.

Branded Architecture and "Architecture as a Brand" are some of the main pet projects at the Studio. The Creative Team works hand-in-hand with Architects and developers to get to the essence and uniqueness of a project before laying down any branded marketing.

Seventh Art Lifestyle Reel
Seventh Art means movie making. A branded movie telling a compelling story connected to the project is the culmination of the brand message. All creative, production and filming is done in-house. Most projects have links to a movie, or simply get a glance by looking at this reel.

The Blakes Hotel's claim to fame to be the first Boutique Hotel. Originally designed by Anoushka Hempel, The Blakes Hotel's branding has been carefully renovated by the same Seventh Art team 20 years later. The Seventh Art was called to update the Brand Look and Website reservation system. HTML was done in-house under the direction of the Creative Team in charge of the Brand.
